Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Be part of an international team, focusing upon cost center controlling activities, such as forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, as well as other business partnering tasks.
  • Partner closely with the Operations Central Function team in the Americas region and global Finance colleagues at headquarters in Germany.
  • Provide key support to the budgeting process, financial reporting, and analysis of Central Function Groups, including Procurement, Logistics, Technology & Test Integration, Quality Management, and Factory Integration.
  • Perform all relevant financial reporting, planning and controlling tasks including monthly and quarterly reporting activities, target-setting and forecast processes, capital expenditure controlling
  • Provide financial support for Central Function Management, including an explanation of financial topics and analysis of the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Liaise with the Operations Finance Central Function Management team in Munich to ensure coordination of financial targets, underlying premises and assumptions, and financial performance of support groups
  • Ensure all Internal Controls and IFRS rules are implemented and followed within Finance Operations Central Function activities
  • Support in performing Ad hoc projects including external audits, ad-hoc analysis, process improvements, system integration activities etc



Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • A Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Finance/ Accounting background preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • A Strong analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated data analytics skills are highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including experience presenting financial analysis
  • Highly collaborative and team-focused with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and cultivate strong relationships
  • Passion about making an impact, challenging and improving the status quo, and being a team player.
  • Systems and tools skills required: Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
  • US Visa preferred
