THE JOB 

Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for live music, interest in creative research methodologies, and skills in data storytelling as an Analyst, Fan & Partner Research. 

 

The Media & Sponsorship Fan and Partner Research Team is tasked with empowering the overall organization—and specifically, the sales team and our clientswith thought provoking insights that can help inspire creative partnerships and create competitive advantage. Our team aims to uncover insights that empower Live Nation and our partners to stand out in a crowded media and entertainment landscape, while also forging deeper, more authentic cultural connections with their audiences.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO 

 

  • Assist with the full life cycle of market research projectsincluding supporting survey design, programming and launching surveys, monitoring fieldwork, generating crosstabs, and reviewing data outputs 

  • Help analyze and summarize findings from vast datasets into digestible and actionable insights via PPTX/Keynote for stakeholders and partners 

  • Support synthesis of qualitative research and open-end responses into clear takeaways 

  • Help build and refine insights narratives and deliverables for Sales and Integrated Marketing teams 

  • Support quality assurance by regularly reviewing research deliverables (i.e., reports, links, presentations, data outputs) for accuracy, consistency, and clarity 

  • Support day-to-day coordination with panel providers and external research vendors 

  • Assist with recruitment for proprietary research panel, supporting email distributions and brainstorming creative ways to grow the community 

  • Collaborate on both international and local research efforts, learning how to adapt research tools & findings across markets 

  • Support team with onsite fieldwork (i.e., qualitative fan interviews, quantitative vendor oversight) at live music events as needed 

 

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING 

 

  • 1–2 years of experience in research, analytics, or consumer insights (internship or agency experience a plus)  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Business, Data Science)  

  • Familiarity with survey platforms and basic research methodologies  

  • Excellent attention to detail and task ownership  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to assist in project management, client interactions, and vendor management under supervision  

  • Must be proficient working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  

  • Experience with Tableau, SPSS, SQL or Python is highly desirable  

  • Exposure to syndicated tools like YouGov or MRI-Simmons a plus  

  • Clear communicator with interest in developing storytelling skills  

  • Passionate about music, culture, trends, and data-driven storytelling  

  • Team player with a curious mindset who is eager to learn, problem solve, and contribute ideas
