Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst - Commercial and Reporting (Governance) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing governance-related reporting and supporting the commercial functions of the organization.

Your expertise will ensure that our projects are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies while driving sustainable financial practices and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and assess contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to executive management and business functions on regulatory, governance, and legal matters.
  • Prepare legal, governance, and compliance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and promote governance best practices across the organization.
  • Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting documentation, and maintenance of official records and minutes.
  • Manage shareholder communications, respond to inquiries, and ensure transparent disclosure of relevant information.
  • Review proposed regulations, amendments, and governance requirements, providing legal analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders on governance, compliance, and legal matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, law
  • Experience in commercial reporting, governance, or compliance roles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues with a focus on continuous improvement.
