• Executar análises de estudos de eficácia virucida.
• Realizar atividades de cultivo celular e infecção viral para condução dos estudos.
• Aplicar técnicas clássicas de virologia, incluindo titulação viral, expansão e manutenção do banco de vírus.
• Realizar a leitura, interpretação e cálculo de títulos virais utilizando o método de TCID₅₀/mL;
• Manutenção de culturas celulares;
• Organização, controle e rastreabilidade da documentação técnica dos estudos;
• Conhecimento e experiência em estudos conduzidos sob Boas Práticas de Laboratório (BPL) serão considerados um diferencial.
