Treasury Analyst, part of the Treasury/Cash team reporting to the Cash Accounting Supervisor in the US.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep the bank account structure up to date, and manage the KYC process with banks
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the store operation, the POS and EZ+ platforms, as well as the credit/debit card operation at the stores, in order to provide the support required to resolve issues related to card operation. 
  • Collaborate with the cash team on month-end duties, mainly focused on booking journal entries and reconciling items 
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Cash Accounting supervisor.
  • Manage the account opening and closing processes with banks, as well as the process to update signatories in the accounts
  • Work with banks on the KYC process in order to meet their requirements
  • Provide support to the US stores in regards credit card issues
  • Pull data from banking portals to support month-end duties as needed
  • Assist the cash accounting team with month-end duties such as booking of journal entries and reconciliations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years professional experience in Treasury Operations or Accounting. Experience in Treasury Operations dealing with banking documentation is a plus. 
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
