Principais Responsabilidades

• Realizar a interface entre a equipe comercial da ALS Food Agro e clientes localizados na China.
• Manter comunicação fluente em mandarim (oral e escrita) para atendimento, negociações e alinhamento de informações.
• Acompanhar solicitações, dúvidas e demandas dos clientes, garantindo respostas rápidas e assertivas.
• Apoiar a equipe comercial no gerenciamento de contas e oportunidades de negócios internacionais.
• Traduzir e interpretar informações comerciais, técnicas e operacionais entre português, inglês e mandarim, quando necessário.
• Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e controles comerciais utilizando o pacote Microsoft Office.
• Monitorar o andamento de processos comerciais e assegurar o cumprimento de prazos acordados com os clientes.
• Contribuir para o fortalecimento do relacionamento com clientes estratégicos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria no atendimento e nos processos.
• Participar de reuniões com clientes e equipes internas, facilitando a comunicação intercultural.
