Job Description & Summary

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audits across Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks, for clients in the asset management and banking sector, ensuring full compliance throughout every engagement phase.
• Coordinate international and shared service teams, fostering seamless collaboration and clear communication.
• Create meaningful value for clients, teams, and your own professional growth within a motivated team operating in a dynamic environment.
• Strengthen your stakeholder management capabilities by working across complex, challenging projects and special assurance engagements.
• Build your leadership skills on and off the job through regular, constructive feedback from colleagues and your coach.

• Solid expertise in Swiss audit and accounting standards, including experience with clients in asset management, banking, and financial services.
• 3–4 years of experience managing and supporting complex audit engagements end-to-end, ideally in an international environment.
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Coaching and team development competence, with the ability to guide team members in a global audit context.
