Tioga Plumbing & Electric is looking for great people to join our team in our Hurst, Texas. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
• Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with CRM system is a plus but not required
• Must have a valid Driver License
• Must be able to pass a background check, driving record and drug test

Pay is based on experience and position.  Minimum starting pay is $15 per hour.
