Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, and Python, along with proven experience in application performance tuning and code optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java and Python.
• Build responsive and efficient frontend applications using JavaScript.
• Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks across the application stack.
• Perform code optimization, performance tuning, and debugging to improve application speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Ensure applications follow security, scalability, and performance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • Python
• Proven experience in application performance tuning and code optimization.
• Strong understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and web application architecture.
• Good understanding of frontend development concepts and JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and database query optimization.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with Git/version control systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a development team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of application monitoring and performance profiling tools.
