Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Archival Tech Lead/ Architect to oversee and manage data archival processes for our SAP projects using OpenText solutions. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data archival strategies to ensure compliance, scalability, and system performance. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure best practices in data governance and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data archival activities for SAP systems using OpenText Archive Center.

• Develop and implement data retention and retrieval strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify archival requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Optimize system performance by managing data volume reduction in SAP applications.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards for archival processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to archival and retrieval.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in SAP data archiving with OpenText solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration with OpenText Archive Center.
• Expertise in data lifecycle management, retention policies, and system optimization.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
