Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Senior Developer to design, develop, and
implement ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing platform
capabilities, automating business processes, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules
• Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions using workflows, scripts, and
automation
• Create and manage web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular
• Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with end users
• Participate in development, testing, and production support
• Build dashboards and tools for ITSM and project workflows
• Configure workflows based on business needs
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems
• Manage ServiceNow components (Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.)
• Support platform upgrades and patches
Technical Requirements
• 4+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps
• Strong JavaScript and web development skills
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
• Experience in deploying platform updates and patches
