Job Description
1.防范作业安全 & 防范职业健康风险 (S)
2.整合与调动资源，从新产品导入、制程导入、量产、出货、控制与改善人力、材料与成本等，以达成100%满足出货需求
3.品质管控,提高良率,降低人为Loss
4.料帐一致管理以能推动MFCC改善/ C23 阶段自动化推进
5.承接上级KPI，完成日常管理工作，并规画部门人员训练发展与考核
6.生产制程全参数隐患排查、产品品质符合生产管制与产品规格,降低IPQC/FQC/CCI件数,预防异常再发.
