Job description
  • Working according to regulations (80T-XX-XXXX) and applicable standards  
  • Pre-assembly of individual parts and sub-assemblies (drilling, countersinking, reaming)  
  • Application of joining techniques such as riveting, screwing, and bonding  
  • Processing of universal rivets, close-tolerance rivets (Hi-Lite and Hi-Lok), and blind rivets  
  • Application of sealants  
  • Carrying out rework, repairs, and adjustments  
  • Assembly of components in serial structural production
  • Working in compliance with quality guidelines including proper documentation

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (production engineering), aircraft structure mechanic, or comparable professional experience  
  • Solid knowledge of aircraft structural assembly
  • Independent, structured, and quality-oriented working style  
  • Good knowledge of English or German, both written and spoken
  • Residence in the regional area or willingness to relocate
