Key Responsibilities:

• Documenting operational processes
• Crafting optimization and improvements to current processes
• Implementing changes to processes, both online and offline, including supporting software and IT platforms
• Assist with after-sales activities including customer service, operations and service recovery
• Any other duties as required

Requirements

• Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving and writing skills
• Adaptable, open-minded and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment
• Team player and able to work well with others in a team
• Good organisation skills, takes initiative and learns independently
• Ability to respond to customers and provide excellent service
