Job Description:

This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

Job Description:

•    Monitor and execute contingency plans for UPS Asia Network flights.
•    Manage and control the balance flow of UPS ULD equipment. 
•    Ensure maximum capacity usage in the daily load plan. 
•    Coordinate uplift priorities.
•    Produce high-quality routine reports. 
•    Conduct data analysis.
•    UPS small package diversion and service recovery.

Other requirements:

• Well negotiation skill
• Demonstrate cross functional leadership
• Well English communication skill both written and verbal 
• Understanding of logistic concepts, bonded warehouse operation and aviation 
business
