Air Export Coordinator

Role Responsibilities 

1. Coordinate and execute the complete air export process, from booking to final delivery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
2. Communicate with customers and partners to understand their shipment needs and provide timely updates throughout the process.
3. Arrange bookings with airlines and secure appropriate cargo space for air export shipments.
4. Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
5. Liaise with customs authorities and ensure all customs clearance procedures are completed accurately and promptly.
6. Organize and track shipments, handling any issues or delays proactively to prevent disruptions.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges and provide seamless end-to-end solutions.
8. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices related to airfreight operations.

Role Requirement's

1. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in air export operations within the logistics industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of airfreight procedures, export regulations, and customs clearance processes.
3. Proficiency in using transportation management systems and related software.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to address operational challenges.
7. Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
8. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
