Overview

In the AI era, software is no longer developed feature by feature. New capabilities can be generated, integrated, and deployed at an unprecedented speed. As development accelerates, ensuring quality becomes more important than ever.

We are looking for an AI Validation Engineer who can redefine how quality is maintained in modern AI-powered systems.

This is not a traditional QA role. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond test cases and manual verification. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers to identify risks early, validate complex integrations, and help the team deliver with confidence.

What You’ll Do

<Think Beyond Testing>

Participate in product discussions early and identify integration risks before implementation begins.

<Validate End-to-End Systems>

Ensure complete workflows function correctly across frontend, backend, APIs, agents, and external services.

<Build Modern Validation Processes>

Design scalable validation approaches for rapidly evolving AI-powered products.

<Leverage AI for Quality>

Use AI tools to improve testing efficiency, increase coverage, and automate repetitive validation work.

<Validate AI Workflows>

Test and evaluate agent systems, RAG pipelines, orchestration flows, and AI-generated outputs.

<Improve Release Confidence>

Help the team ship faster while maintaining reliability and product quality.

<Collaborate Across Teams>

Work closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Field teams to ensure a smooth user experience.

Who We’re Looking For

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to understand both technical implementation and business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for quality, automation, and system thinking.

Technical Requirements

• Experience in software testing, system integration, quality engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related fields.
• Experience validating APIs, distributed systems, SaaS platforms, or cloud services.
• Basic programming capability in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Understanding of automation frameworks and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to investigate complex issues across multiple system layers.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience working with LLM applications, RAG systems, AI Agents, or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and system reliability practices.
• Experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity products.
