AI Strategic Analyst - TikTok

About team:
TikTok Business Analytics team is a strategic partner of the TikTok product team, we provide strategic and User Research support for multiple business lines, determine strategic directions and initiatives through in-depth insights into internal operations and external market patterns, drive business growth, and strive to become the most trusted strategic partner of the business team, helping business growth at different stages of development.

- Closely monitor and research global internet product and AI industry trends; provide external perspectives and decision-making support for international internet products through industry research and strategic judgment.
- Track industry developments and the latest changes through comprehensive methods such as qualitative observation and thematic quantitative analysis; deliver valuable cognitive input and offer solution approaches informed by the current state of the business.
- Design product strategies from the integrated perspectives of the overall industry and the business; coordinate with multiple business teams to collaboratively drive project implementation.
- Liaise with relevant business teams, conduct dedicated analysis on key business issues, coordinate complex projects, and produce strategies and drive their implementation.
- Build a network across AI tech companies in the Bay Area through active participation in industry conferences; deliver forward-looking industry insights to strategy and business teams.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above
- A passion for user-facing products, with the ability to keenly capture changes in external industry trends and provide forward-looking judgment.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Strong structured thinking, with the ability to keenly identify and break down problems, and skilled at combining data with user empathy to characterize and answer questions.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with strong project management capabilities; able to communicate across teams on both the depth and breadth of business modules, driving upstream and downstream collaboration to completion.
- Experience in strategy, investment, FA, consulting, AI, or related fields is preferred.
