Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way businesses operate. As our AI Product Owner (Lead), you will define and drive the AI strategy that helps Wholesale Banking deliver smarter, more efficient and more valuable experiences.

Role Summary

Lead the strategy, governance and delivery of AI and Generative AI initiatives across the organization. Lead AI Analysts and Copilot Studio Developers while ensuring business value, compliance and responsible AI practices.

About the Team

We partner with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in AI, automation or digital transformation
• Banking, shared services or BPO experience preferred
• Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI governance
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
• Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills

• Define and execute AI and GenAI roadmap
• Lead end-to-end AI delivery
• Oversee use case prioritization
• Drive AI governance and compliance
• Measure benefits realization
• Lead AI adoption and training programs
