Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises solutions with production-ready pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and operation. The engineer actively works on incorporating generative artificial intelligence models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image analysis tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and efficiency in delivering AI-driven products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes and share knowledge.
- Continuously update skills and stay informed about emerging technologies in artificial intelligence.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support when needed.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Virtual Agents.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven conversational interfaces.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of AI models in production environments.
- Understanding of neural networks and deep learning methodologies.
- Ability to work with generative artificial intelligence models and integrate them into solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to optimize AI applications for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Virtual Agents.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
