Job description

Role Summary

We are looking for an AI Intern to help integrate artificial intelligence into daily operations, workflows, and team processes. This role is focused on practical AI application, not theory — using tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and automation platforms to make the organization faster, more accurate, and more efficient.

You will work directly with leadership and staff to identify repetitive work, build AI prompts, create automations, and standardize how AI is used across the team.

What You’ll Work On

  • Review current workflows and identify where AI can reduce manual effort
  • Build and test high-quality prompts for common team tasks
  • Create AI “playbooks” for staff to follow
  • Help automate documentation, emails, reports, and summaries
  • Improve data organization so AI tools can be used effectively
  • Assist in building SOPs that include AI usage
  • Train team members on how to use AI correctly in their roles
  • Continuously test new AI tools and recommend practical use cases

What Success Looks Like

  • Staff save significant time on admin tasks
  • Repetitive writing and documentation is AI-assisted
  • Clear AI standards are documented and used consistently
  • Workflows become faster and more reliable
  • Team confidence in using AI increases

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in AI and automation
  • Comfortable using AI tools
  • Excellent written communication
  • Logical thinker who can break down processes
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to test ideas
  • Experience with spreadsheets and documentation tools is an asset

Nice to Have

  • Experience mapping processes or writing SOPs
  • Basic understanding of APIs or automation tools
  • Experience in operations, admin, or healthcare environments

Why This Role Is Unique

This is not a typical internship. You will help shape how the organization uses AI every day, directly impacting efficiency and productivity across the team.

You will leave this role with hands-on experience applying AI in real business operations — a highly valuable and in-demand skill set.
