AI Engineer (Python, React & React Native)

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with the engineering team to build intelligent solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks.

You will be responsible for developing scalable AI services in Python and integrating them with our React and React Native applications to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features for web and mobile applications.

Build backend AI services and APIs using Python.

Integrate AI capabilities into React and React Native applications.

Develop conversational AI, AI assistants, chatbots, and intelligent workflows.

Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.

Implement AI agents capable of executing multi-step tasks.

Integrate third-party AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and open-source LLMs.

Optimize prompts, AI workflows, and model performance.

Design scalable AI architectures and ensure production readiness.

Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to deliver AI features.

Monitor AI application performance and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and recommend new technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and AI services.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI application development.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
