AI Enablement Partner - HR Operations - AMS

The HR operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives within HR Operations, identifying high impact use cases and driving implementation;
- Translate dynamic business processes into structured, system and AI executable workflows; develop clear BRDs and deliver end-to-end solutions;
- Drive integration of automation capabilities with core HR systems (e.g., People, Workday) and foundational tools (e.g., Bitable/Base) to build scalable solutions;
- Support adoption of new tools and ways of working through training, enablement, and best practice sharing.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, open to all majors and experience levels;
- Strong sense of purpose and highly self-driven; not bound by the status quo;
- Agile and innovative mindset, with a strong interest in process optimization and new technologies;
- Capable of driving cross functional alignment to solve complex problems and synthesizing various methods to find optimal solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with prior experience in HR strategy, HR products, or AI related fields are highly preferred.
