Tasks:
- Own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI digital platforms (AI website and related content hubs)
- Manage end-to-end content operations (updates, structure, accuracy, governance)
- Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and product success metrics
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements
- Collaborate with UX/UI, development, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Ensure content governance, compliance, and brand alignment
- Improve user experience, navigation, and engagement based on data and feedback
- Lead planning, testing, and release cycles for digital updates
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital content platforms
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and web/content performance measurement
- Strong knowledge of Knowledge Management principles, including:
- content governance
- taxonomy development and maintenance
- content lifecycle management
- content review and expiration processes
- structured content management
- Experience managing digital content platforms and supporting website operations in a corporate environmentStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
