Job description

AI Automation Specialist

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help turn JustMarkets marketing department into a fast, AI-driven operation. You will identify manual and repetitive tasks across content, PR, performance, design, and localization, and replace them with smart, scalable automation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you will design the systems that let us launch campaigns faster, scale content globally at a low cost, and stay ahead of competitors through automated intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Map current marketing workflows to identify manual bottlenecks and automation opportunities
  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation pipelines (Make.com, n8n, Zapier, custom scripts/APIs) covering content and localization workflows, competitor and sentiment monitoring, and performance dashboards
  • Write and optimize prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) to produce consistent, on-brand, structured outputs
  • Build custom AI agents (GPTs, Claude Projects, or similar) for tasks such as compliance checks, copy-editing, or creative brief generation
  • Maintain clean, reliable data flows between Google Sheets, Airtable, CRM systems, and SQL databases
  • Monitor, debug, and upgrade existing automations as APIs and tools evolve
  • Train the marketing team to confidently use the tools and agents you build

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise with automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, or Zapier
  • Practical experience with AI/LLM tools: OpenAI API, Anthropic API, and vector databases or frameworks like LangChain or Flowise
  • Experience with web scraping tools (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or cloud scrapers like Apify)
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth authentication
  • Strong prompt engineering skills, with the ability to produce consistent, structured outputs from LLMs
  • A natural "how can I automate this?" mindset — you enjoy finding creative solutions to manual, repetitive problems
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues in clear, business-focused language
  • An analytical approach — you build automations to solve real problems and can measure their impact
  •  Upper-Intermediate English level

We offer

  • The opportunity to shape how AI and automation are used across an entire marketing department, from scratch
  • Freedom to experiment with a wide range of tools, models, and frameworks to solve real business problems
  • 20 paid vacation days per year
  • 10 paid sick leave days per year
  • Public holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday list
  • Medical insurance
  • Opportunity to work remotely
  • Professional education budget
  • Language learning budget
  • Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear, and related expenses)
