This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role based in Athens, reporting to the AI & Analytics Manager. You'll work directly with business teams to understand their problems, build the AI applications and analytics products that solve them, and support AI adoption across the company.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and requirements and develop AI solutions.
• Implement evaluation and observability tooling to monitor AI application quality in production
• Evaluate external AI and data products through structured assessment
• Support AI adoption across the company through prompt libraries, documentation, and training
Data & Analytics
• Translate business questions into KPIs, analyses and self-service analytics covering areas such as fleet performance, asset acquisition and financial metrics.
• Help define and evolve the data foundation — from source systems through to the analytics and AI layers — so data stays well-structured and trustworthy
Collaboration & Adoption
• Work with stakeholders across departments to understand problems before proposing solutions
• Communicate analytical outputs and AI capabilities clearly to non-technical audiences
Requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required
• Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, physics or a related field
• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong Python and/or SQL skills

• Ability to translate business problems into analytical or AI-enabled solutions
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Nice to Have
• Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration
• Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and databases/data warehouses

• Agile, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies

WHO YOU ARE
• You think in concepts first, tools second
• You take full ownership from problem definition through user adoption
