AI Agent Developer

AppEvolve is on the lookout for an innovative and skilled AI Agent Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent agents and automation solutions that enhance user experiences and streamline operations across various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven agents using various technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
• Conduct research on new AI methodologies, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our offerings
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI agent functionalities, workflows, and interfaces
• Test and debug AI applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Support deployment and provide post-deployment support for implemented solutions
• Monitor and analyze system performance to fine-tune operational efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on building intelligent agents
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., AWS Bedrock, CrewAI, Autogpt, LangChain)
• Strong understanding of LLMs and agent architecture
• Familiarity with API development and integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
