Agriculture, Food and Life - (AFL) Coordinator-Maputo

Operate in all Mozambique provinces, since 1962, with 3 regional offices in Maputo, Beira and Nacala is looking for a Agriculture, Food and Life - (AFL) Coordinator, based Maputo city, with country responsibilities, reporting to SGS Business Manager for Department of Agriculture, Food and Life - (AFL), Manager , under the below terms of reference..

• Administrative and financial  coordination of the AFL  customers, partners and staff members.
• Promotion of the company brand and integrity in the market.
• Assist AFL Business Manager in development of competitive and operational positioning strategies.
• Ensuring integrity and continuous improvement in inspection, testing and certification services.
•  Contribute to the AFL team performing their assigned roles in accordance with the Inspection, verification and testing procedures.
•  Identify and analyze customer difficulties and recommend appropriate solutions;
• In accordance with the AFL Business Manager coordinate  training of the work team, at department;
•  Comply with all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system;

• Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Business Management, Chemistry or other related qualification.
• minimum of 03  years of experience in leadership and business management positions at national.
• Familiar with ISO's 9001, 14001, 45001 and 17025
• Experience in project design and business plans coordination

• Goals and results orientated.
• Solid knowledge of financial management.
• Excellent public relations and negotiation.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Practical computer knowledge from the user's point of view of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM System programs (is an advantage).
