Job Description
As an Agile Practice Lead, you will establish and evolve agile delivery practices across teams, ensuring consistency, alignment, and high delivery maturity. You will act as a coach, mentor, and enabler, guiding teams, leaders, and Scrum Masters in effectively applying agile principles. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will drive the adoption of best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and empower teams to deliver high-value solutions aligned with organizational goals.

In your new role you will:

• Define, evolve, and embed agile delivery practices, frameworks, and rituals across the organization
• Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques, ensuring alignment with Agile values
• Coach delivery teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders on agile mindset, delivery flows, and team health practices
• Ensure agile practices support key delivery milestones, decision points, and operational readiness
• Conduct team health checks and agile maturity assessments, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement
• Enable cross-team synchronization, dependency management, and alignment with scaled delivery models
• Facilitate and optimize the setup and evolution of planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups across teams
• Build agile communities of practice and facilitate cross-team knowledge exchange

Your Profile
You will define and enhance agile frameworks to optimize team collaboration, improve dynamics, and support delivery governance. You will ensure that agile ways of working are seamlessly integrated into the broader delivery model, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 3+ years as an agile lead in digital programmes
• Experience in product centric development and delivery
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with agile coaching and training
