Agentic AI Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Agentic AI Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and act toward achieving complex goals. This role blends expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and orchestration frameworks to build systems that go beyond static responses—enabling dynamic, goal-driven behavior.

Key responsibilities

o             Build autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI that can plan, reason, and execute tasks iteratively.

o             Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) for use in agent workflows, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

o             Develop systems where multiple agents collaborate, delegate tasks, and adapt strategies based on real-time feedback.

o             Enable agents to interact with external systems (e.g., APIs, databases, web apps) to perform actions autonomously.

o             Use tools like LangSmith, Grafana, and Splunk to monitor agent behavior, performance, and reliability.

o             Work closely with data scientists, architects, and product teams to align agentic solutions with business goals.

o             Ensure all solutions are well-documented and comply with data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

Technical Skills

o             Languages: Python (mandatory), JavaScript, C# (optional)

o             Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Hugging Face Transformers

o             LLMs: GPT-4, GPT- 4o, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, Gemini

o             Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate

o             Cloud Platforms: Azure (OpenAI, ML Studio), AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), GCP (Vertex AI)

o             DevOps & CI/CD: Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes

o             Monitoring Tools: LangSmith, Grafana, Splunk

o             Other Tools: Streamlit, FastAPI, Flask for UI/API development

Qualifications

o             Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

o             1–5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1–2 years in Gen AI or Agentic AI

o             Strong understanding of autonomous systems, planning algorithms, and multi-agent coordination

o             Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
