About the Team
The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for Thailand's large Indie Agency acquisition and onboarding.
- Achieve sales targets and execute efficiently to achieve pipeline goals.
- Drive new large indie media agency partnerships through navigating through agency's complex organization.
- Proactively build and maintain good relationships with Large Indie Agencies and platform partners to help enhance the company’s brand and industry influence. Take the initiative to identify new cooperation opportunities in the industry and promote business development.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure that business development aligns with the cutting-edge direction of AI technology and user acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field or a related discipline.
- Excellence in English is required for collaboration and communication with key stakeholders based in English-speaking markets.
- Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
- Strong self-motivation, result-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Comfortable with revenue target
- A genuine passion for small business
- Basic knowledge or experience with TikTok monetization solutions as a plus
- Strong ability to develop new customers and markets, with successful cases preferred.
