The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate need for an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to support our AFRICOM program in Stuttgart, Germany. The Knowledge Management Specialist in support of USAFRICOM J37 enhances decision-making and information sharing across USAFRICOM by capturing institutional knowledge and enabling collaborative environments at all classification levels. This role ensures data and insights from exercises are accessible, traceable, and integrated across multiple systems including JTT and Maven Smart Systems.


Responsibilities:

• Develop KM strategies, governance structures, SOPs, and digital workflows aligned with AFRICOM’s current and emerging needs.

• Manage all exercise-related data in JTT, ensuring accuracy, proper tagging, metadata structure, and integration with Maven Smart Systems.

• Build and maintain SharePoint and other collaborative environments across multiple classification domains.

• Implement industry best practices for knowledge capture, transfer, and dissemination across staff sections.

• Facilitate cross-directorate information flow to accelerate learning and reduce duplication.

• Produce leadership-ready KM reports, dashboards, and visualizations showcasing trends, insights, and operational learning.

• Ensure that all relevant JTT data is seamlessly synchronized with Maven and other required systems to support operational tempo and decision-makers.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of specialized experience, an Associate’s degree and 7 years of specialized experience, or 11 years of specialized experience.

• 7+ years of experience in knowledge management or information systems.

• Proficiency with SharePoint, JTT, and digital collaboration platforms.

• TS/SCI clearance required.

Desired:

• Master’s degree in information management or related discipline.

• Experience with Maven Smart Systems and advanced data visualization tools.

• Prior work with AFRICOM or similar commands.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience producing dashboards and learning products for senior leaders.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$81,200 - 170,600 USD
