Affordplan works with 100+ hospitals across the country and is present in 20+ cities. Affordplan plans to rapidly expand its portfolio this year doubling its hospital count.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead microservices transformation initiative

 Manage cross-functional team of 12-15 members

 Coordinate parallel service development workstreams

 Stakeholder management and communication

 Risk identification and mitigation

 Sprint planning and delivery management

Technical Skills:

 Agile/Scrum methodologies

 Healthcare domain knowledge preferred

 Microservices project experience

 JIRA, Confluence

 Understanding of AWS cloud services

Must-Have:

 Experience with monolith-to-microservices migrations

 Healthcare supply chain domain knowledge

 Strong communication and leadership skills

Good to have:

 PMP or equivalent certification preferred
