Assistant Area Manager (AAM) Hiring & Induction Module


Key Responsibilities of AAM

1. Analyze Work Processes: Understand and evaluate current workflows within the unit to identify

inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

2. Identify Gaps: Monitor operations to spot gaps in service delivery or patient experience.

3. Develop Reporting Structures: Maintain effective formats for clear visibility into unit performance.

4. Unit-Level Insight: Maintain deep understanding of unit functioning and challenges.

5. Team Coordination: Support FCs, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain communication quality.

6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to optimize processes.

7. Training & Mentorship: Guide and upskill team members.

8. Escalation Handling: Resolve issues promptly before reaching management.

9. Attire Monitoring: Ensure grooming and dress code adherence.

10. Zimyo Attendance: Monitor and correct attendance irregularities.

Training & Development Module
Training Schedule:
- Day 1: Joining Formalities
- Day 2–5: Classroom Training
- Day 6–12: On-Ground Training (OGT)

• Sales Operations (Refund, Reversal, Kit Cancellation)
