- 帶領會計與稅務管理團隊，確保團隊工作成果和績效表現。
- 負責團隊成員的績效考核、職涯發展及日常管理。
2. 財務報表與合規管理：
- 編制和審核公司財務報表，確保數據的準確性和合規性。
- 確保財務報表符合國際會計準則及當地法規要求。
3. 稅務規劃與管理：
- 制定並執行稅務策略，確保公司稅務合規並最大化稅務效益。
- 處理稅務申報、稅務審計及稅務爭議，提供專業建議。
4. 資源與營運管理：
- 評估並解決資源與日常營運上的問題，確保財務與稅務工作順利進行。
- 與內部各部門協作，支持公司營運及策略目標的達成。
5. 跨部門協作：
- 與內部各部門及外部審計機構合作，確保財務及稅務策略的有效執行。
- 提供專業建議與指導，支持公司在網路通訊設備行業中的穩健發展。
6. 創新與優化：
- 帶領團隊提出創新想法，推動財務與稅務管理流程的持續改進與優化。
- 解決複雜或無先例的問題，並對既有解決方案提出新的觀點。
