Apply to this jobDermAesthetic Consulting Group is a nationally recognized consulting firm representing a rapidly growing, multi-location medical spa client in the Boston area. This practice specializes in cosmetic injectables, GLP-1 programs, laser procedures, and advanced anti-aging treatments.
As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join their team and play a key role in building a high-performing, revenue-driven practice.

- Administer cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Sculptra, PRP/PRGF) with a focus on safety, precision, and patient comfort.
- Develop and expand a personal client base through consultative selling, treatment planning, and aftercare follow-ups to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Lead clinical operations within the clinic, ensuring adherence to hygiene protocols, inventory management, and mentoring junior staff or estheticians in injectables and patient care.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and risks to support informed decision-making and improve treatment acceptance rates.
- Collaborate with physicians and the broader medical team to create individualized treatment plans, monitor outcomes, document results in the EMR, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
- Build the practice’s social presence by creating and posting Instagram and other social content, leveraging your existing following to demonstrate social proof and attract new clients.
