Advocate / Associate – Litigation & Arbitration

Juris Consillis is a reputed litigation law firm based in New Marine Lines, Mumbai, with a strong practice in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Insolvency (NCLT), Arbitration, Commercial Disputes, and Property Matters.

We are seeking an experienced Advocate / Associate to independently handle litigation and arbitration matters while working closely with clients and leading complex legal assignments.

The selected candidate will independently manage litigation matters before various courts and tribunals, contribute to legal strategy, and represent clients across diverse practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Property Matters, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, and NCLT proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, notices, affidavits, agreements, written submissions, legal opinions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Commercial Courts, NCLT, Arbitration Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
• Manage court filings, procedural compliances, and case documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, and court authorities.
• Mentor junior advocates and oversee litigation matters from initiation to disposal.
• Utilize legal technology and AI-assisted legal research tools.

• LL.B. (Mandatory)
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India

Experience

5–9 Years of post-qualification litigation experience.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: Half Day

Salary

₹7 – ₹20 Lakhs per annum (Based on experience, court exposure, drafting ability, and overall suitability.)
