Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family and Internal Medicine at our CarePlex West location in Hampton, VA. This is an outstanding opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider to practice in a modern, well-supported outpatient setting alongside five physicians, two APPs, and an experienced clinical support team. Position Highlights:

  • Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)

  • Flexibility to work a 4 or 5 day work week

  • Average of 16-20 patients per day

  • Provide care to a wide range of patients: ages 13 and up for primary care needs

  • No call expectation
