概要
RAM（RDA and METROの頭文字を取った呼称）の Shift Equipment Technicianは、計測装置、検査装置の安定稼動を維持管理するために、装置のメンテナンス及び装置Down時のリカバリー対応を速やかに行う。そしてその活動を通じて稼働率改善のための活動を行う。また、計測装置起因の製品異常についての原因、究明及び対策実施などの対応を行う。
責任
・安全トレーニングを受講し、マイクロン安全ポリシーに従い業務を遂行する。
・計測装置のメンテナンスおよび故障修理を標準作業手順書に従い実施する。またはベンダーに対応を依頼する。
・計測装置起因の製品異常が発生した場合、装置を停止し原因追究を行う。
・計測装置のQUALチャートの監視を行い、OOC時には既定されているリアクションメカニズムに従い、対応を行う。
・TPM活動に積極的に参加し、USD削減などの装置稼働率の改善業務を行う。
・次のシフトへの貢献や詳細なパスダウンのためのコミュニケーション，日々の問題や作業に対して疑問を上司、チームメンバー、関係者への報告を行う。
・安全，6Sなどのルールを順守し、問題が生じた場合には、適宜、上司へ報告/連絡/相談する。
・全ての作業は12Disciplines(12の規律)に従って行う。
要件（全条件を満たす必要がない）
・半導体プロセスの基本的な知識があればベター。特になくても問題はない。
・装置起因、及び装置に関連する基本的な問題へのトラブルシューティングをすることができる。
・コミュニケーションスキルを有し、他部門の人と円滑に仕事を進めることできる。
・仕事に前向きに取り組むことができる。
・自己管理（業務及び健康）ができる。

必須条件：
・高校卒業以上
・Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookなど）基本的なソフトウエアを 使用できる。
・日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills
勤務時間：シフト勤務 4勤4休
（昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み…のサイクル）
昼勤：8:00～20:15（実働10時間30分、休憩時間 105分）
夜勤：20:00～翌朝8:15（実働10時間15分、休憩時間 120分）
