Apply to this jobWe are looking for a full-time remote Ads Short-Form Video Editor to join our remote content team. who takes raw footage from our clients and turns it into high-converting short-form ad creative for Meta. You will be editing hooks, bodies, and CTAs that get assembled into ad variations using our proven assembly-line framework. This is not content creation. This is direct response advertising. Every video you edit is designed to generate leads and revenue for real businesses.
The Role: Social Media Ads & Short-Form
Your primary focus is the creation of high-converting video ads and short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). You will take raw footage, AI-generated assets, and screen recordings to build content that stops the scroll.
- Hooks, body, and CTAs: Creating a captivating, scroll-stopping flow.
- Conversion-focused editing: Knowing how to drive client results.
- Technical execution: Proper music choice, pacing, cuts, and captions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Understanding of short-form video structure (hooks, pacing, text overlays, transitions)
- Ability to work with raw smartphone footage and make it look professional
- Reliable internet and ability to work during US business hours (minimum 4 to 6 hours overlap with PST)
- Responsive communication via Slack (reply within 1 hour during working hours)
- Available Monday through Saturday, 6 days per week
- Edit 9:16 video ad creatives for B2C
