Adobe LifeCycle and OpenText StreamServe development and production support for NYSIF statewide document generation and printing.

The duties of the consulting resources would be to provide assistance to NYSIF technical staff tasked with development and production support of statewide enterprise services for document generation and printing. Specific duties would include deployment, monitoring and support for critical production on-line and batch processes, including troubleshooting of production problems and outages. Upgrading and patching Adobe LifeCycle and StreamServe servers, including Oracle based solution that is part of the product architecture.
Duties will also include reviewing and enhancing existing and designing and implementing new processes and solutions required to support statewide document generation and printing needs as well as integrating them with existing NYSIF architecture.
The consultant will adhere to NYSIF’s application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC, Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.

Experience with designing, developing and supporting Adobe LifeCycle ES2.5 or higher including advanced knowledge of creating and deploying orchestration processes, load balancing, tuning of above product.

Experience with installing and upgrading Adobe LifeCycle ES2.5 or higher.

Experience with designing and developing static and dynamic (interactive) forms with LifeCycle Designer (XDP), stitching XDP’s using DDX,

Experience with OpenText StreamServe 5.5 or higher configuring and maintaining design center platform, resource set, XMLIN event, components, repositories, work bench.

Experience with installing and upgrading OpenText StreamServe 5.5 of higher including advanced knowledge of implementing load balancing and tuning of above product.

Experience with designing, building, exporting, deploying and running StreamServe projects.

Experience using StreamServe scripting language, including customized script functions.

Experience with developing and configuring Storyteller processes, including advanced Storyteller features

Experience with post-processing, post-processing repositories, manual and automatic document release, using post-processor queries, document consolidation, enveloping, OMR marks, and labels.

Experience with designing and developing static and dynamic forms for StreamServe (batch processing)

Experience with Oracle Database: designing and implementing entity relationship, normalization, DDL, DML, SQL, SQL tuning, indexes, partitioning, PL/SQL, functions, procedures, packages, types, triggers, etc.
