Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the admissions process

• Communicate with hospitals, physicians, residents, and families to facilitate admissions

• Provide tours and information to prospective residents and their families

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of admission paperwork and documentation

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a smooth transition of care

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare admissions or skilled nursing preferred
