Admissions Assistant Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors during the admissions process

• Coordinate and complete all admissions paperwork accurately and on time

• Verify insurance coverage and work with referral sources, hospitals, and care providers

• Maintain detailed records while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents, families, and staff

• Work collaboratively with the nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to support smooth transitions of care

Qualifications:

• Prior healthcare admissions, medical office, or clerical experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
