About you

You are an administrative professional interested in real estate research, ready to take the next step in your career

In this role, you will…

  • Collect and compile data from various sources, including online databases and surveys.

  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to ongoing research projects and initiatives.

  • Manage multiple research projects and be comfortable with shifting priorities throughout the day.

  • Act as a trusted partner, building strong relationships with the management team through timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication.

  • Complete vendor approval packages on behalf of managers.

  • Troubleshoot billing issues within our internal job database and ensure all job changes are handled promptly and accurately.

  • Facilitate the creation of insurance certificates.

  • Process licensing requests for producers; this includes researching the correct application and ensuring all requirements are met before submission.

  • Acquire a complete understanding of and ensure that company policies and guidelines are interpreted correctly and followed within the business operations.

What you'll bring

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a business or office environment.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with an emphasis on advanced Word formatting skills.

  • Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful

  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to recognize the source of breakdowns and troubleshoot problems

Compensation

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $23/hour to $26/hour

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits  

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
