The Administrative Specialist I plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources Director and HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations within the HR office. As the primary point of contact and HR Representative for the HR Division, the position assists with onboarding and offboarding within the Workday system, provides professional, courteous assistance to employees, applicants, and visitors, and helps foster a welcoming and responsive service environment.

Primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting employees and visitors, managing incoming calls and inquiries, maintaining a filing system by creating and maintaining personnel and administrative files, preparing correspondence, processing mail, and maintaining office inventory and supplies.

The role also supports HR operations by generating reports, coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing the budget and its related tasks, initiating and tracking purchase order requisitions, and assisting with other administrative activities as needed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is required to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, exercise sound judgment, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Recruitment Range: $39,244 - 50,000
