Responsibilities
- Manage calendar management and time optimization.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute events effectively.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to demonstrate a strong growth mindset, with an openness and eagerness to learn about AI.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and apply systems thinking with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to foster morale within the team and contribute to the broader Data Cloud community.
- Excellent business acumen skills, with the ability to manage a complex calendar and know when to push back.
