The Role


As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to their respective team(s), including coordinating calendars, meetings, expenses, events, presentations, travel, correspondence and departmental initiatives.



The Team


CPP Investments’ Sustainable Energy Group includes investment professionals working across offices in London, New York, Toronto, Mumbai and São Paulo. Based in London, you will collaborate closely with the group’s investment professionals, administrative colleagues and internal and external partners to support the team’s day-to-day activities.

Accountabilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings and correspondence for multiple investment professionals across levels and time zones

  • Coordinate global travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and related logistics

  • Organize internal and external meetings, presentations and events in collaboration with colleagues, partners, assistants and vendors

  • Reconcile corporate credit card expenses and submit accurate reports through the Global Expense Reporting System

  • Prepare team members for meetings, track follow-up activities and help ensure action items are carried forward

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement

  • Collaborate with administrative colleagues and teams across CPP Investments to manage requests, timelines and deliverables

What You Bring

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment and supporting multiple professionals with competing priorities

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, senior-level meetings, events, travel and expense reimbursement

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with close attention to accuracy and detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable manner

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and calendar-management tools, with an interest in learning new applications

  • Adaptability and sound judgement, with the ability to remain composed while managing time-sensitive work

  • Flexibility to adjust working hours when business requirements call for support across global time zones

The salary range for this position is: USD $65,000 – USD $95,000 US state/city legislation requires CPP investments to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The base salary range shown here is a reasonable expectation for the posted role and is part of a competitive total rewards package which includes comprehensive benefits, a performance-based incentive plan, a 401 (k)
