Summary:

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to department leadership, including the Chair, Vice Chairs, and Chiefs. You will serve as a key partner in ensuring the efficient operation of daily activities and communications across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars, ensuring effective coordination of meetings and priorities
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports
Coordinate departmental meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and documentation of minutes
Maintain accurate timekeeping records for the department
Serve as the primary point of contact for processing expense reports and purchase orders
Manage office supply inventory and ordering as needed

Additional Information:
This role offers the opportunity to cross-train and collaborate across administrative functions. The ideal candidate is eager to expand their skillset, take on increasingly complex responsibilities, and contribute to both routine and advanced departmental operations.

Starting salary is $56,506.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

1. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
