We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team and
has the ability to work independently and without direct supervision. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support is essential for this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Basic qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience of increasing complexity.
• Demonstrates knowledge in various software programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and
Power Point. Has the capacity to learn new software in a timely manner.
• Fast learner with strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to designated Managers.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for 1 Director
• Manage and process expense reports for several Directors and Senior Brand Managers.
• Book conference rooms for meetings
• Provide support for recruitment process.
• Handle Interview schedules
• Support administrative activities on designated projects
• Process and be responsible for handling of checks for Regional Events
Key Skills:
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Good computer skills including Work, Excel, MS Outlook and Power Point
• Able to prioritize work effectively
• Approachable to staff seeking help
