The ideal candidate has proven experience in a professional work environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a contracting or engineering firm is considered a strong advantage.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Manage correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
- Prepare, format, and file reports, documents, and official letters
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Assist in preparing project-related documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and external partners when needed
- Handle office supplies, records, and general office administration tasks
- Support with cross-functional teams with administrative needs as required
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
- No fresh graduates — prior professional experience is mandatory
- Experience working in a contracting or engineering firm is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
